Request a Transcript

Beginning Monday, October 16, 2023, there is a NEW PARCHMENT APPLICATION WEBSITE on which to request both Credit and Non-Credit transcripts. 

Current and recent students continuing their studies at CT State Community College may also access the new Parchment application site via the myCTState portal. Click the “Request Transcript” link in the “Student Self-Service” box.

How Much Does It Cost? At this time, there is no charge for electronic nor for paper transcripts. Both transcript formats may be requested via the online Parchment application.

In a Hurry? If you need a rapid turnaround for a deadline, you should select the electronic option for sending transcripts. This option will send a secure link to the person/ organization you indicate.

Can I Request an Official Transcript f I Have a Hold on my Record?  It depends on the type of hold and/or reason for the official transcript request. Contact CT State Asnuntuck’s One Stop Enrollment Center with questions about your specific situation.

Note: CT State Asnuntuck takes its responsibility to safeguard your records very seriously.  Any request to release records must be verified and, except in specific instances, requests MUST be made by the student whose records are being requested.

OPTION 1: Online Requests: eTranscripts and Paper Transcripts

Students may access the Parchment transcript request application via the

OPTION 2: Offline Transcript Requests

Students who cannot complete the online transcript request process should send a Transcript Request form (available at https://ctstate.edu/forms) to AS-OneStop@CT.edu for processing. Staff will attempt to complete any requests for electronic versions via the Parchment system, otherwise, a paper transcript will be sent. Please allow at least a week for processing during busy periods, and additional time for mailing.
