Request a Transcript
Asnuntuck Community College takes its responsibility to safeguard your records very seriously. Any request to release records must be verified and, except in specific instances, requests MUST be made by the student whose records are being requested. If you need a rapid turnaround for a deadline, you should choose to send an official eTranscript service. Refer to How to Request a Transcript for details. There is no charge for electronic or paper transcripts and both types of transcripts are requested online.
Online Requests: eTranscripts and Paper Transcripts
Asnuntuck’s electronic transcripts are the most convenient and fastest way to have your Asnuntuck academic record reported to a college or university, employer or other third party. eTranscripts are OFFICIAL transcripts. Access to make requests is highly secure. So long as there are not account holds, records may be delivered to an email address as quickly as an hour after the request is made. Note that paper transcript requests may also be made online, but will take much longer to deliver.
Please choose a method below to request your transcript based on how recently you were an ACC student:
FASTEST – Request a Transcript via myCommNet: Use your NetID (look up NetID) and password (reset password) to log in to your myCommNet account. Navigate to Banner Student Self-Service > Student Records> Transcripts > Official Transcripts, and Access the Transcript Ordering Site link to request an official eTranscript.
Second Fastest – Set up separate account in the Parchment system: If you are unable to log into your myCommNet account, navigate to asnuntuck.edu/etranscript to create a separate account in the transcript ordering system. Please ensure that your last name, first name, date of birth and last four digits of your SSN are entered correctly so that it matches your student record. This method will only work for a single CT community college.
Offline Transcript Requests
Students who cannot complete the online transcript request process should email a completed Transcript Request form to AS-Registrar@Asnuntuck.edu for processing. Staff will then attempt to complete an online request via the Parchment system. Please allow a week for processing during busy periods. Note that we will be unable to complete requests for paper transcripts to be mailed from the college during times when the college is closed.
