Asnuntuck will provide you with resources and guidance to make smart choices that make the most of your time.

Choosing Classes

Center for Advising & Student Achievement

Every student at Asnuntuck is assigned a Guided Pathways Advisor in the Center for Advising & Student Achievement.  The Guided Pathways Advisors are available to meet to discuss academic and personal goals, full- or part-time status, placement test results, available course options and assist students with connecting to resources both on and off campus. Guided Pathways Advisors help make sure that you are set up for success throughout your time at Asnuntuck.

Applying Past Credits

If you are transferring to Asnuntuck, your choice of classes will be influenced by the number of college credits that are applied from your previous studies. Learn more about how to apply credits.

Academic Adjustments / Disability Services

Students who need academic adjustments should meet with Jillian Sullivan, Coordinator of Student Accessibility/Disability Services, in the office of Student Disability Support Services.  We strongly recommend that you meet with Jillian before registering for classes.

Assigned Faculty Advisor

Once you have initially registered for classes, you will be assigned a Faculty Advisor based on your declared program of study. You’ll get an email from your advisor a few weeks into your first semester with contact and office hour information, plus how to set up an appointment.

Online Course Schedule & Registration

When you enroll, you will be given information on how to use MyCommNet, the centralized online resource that will be your portal for information about classes, academic progress, communication with faculty, and more.
