Refund Information by Term
Refund Policy for Fall 2022
15-WEEK, FULL SEMESTER SESSION (8/29/2022 – 12/18/2022:
From time of registration to September 6, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From September 7 – September 19, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after September 20, 2022.
LATE START CLASSES (9/13/2022 – 12/18/2022):
From time of registration to September 19, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From September 19-September 29, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after September 30, 2022.
FIRST HALF SESSION (8/29/2022 – 10/17/2022):
From time of registration to September 2, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From September 3 – 8, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after September 9, 2022.
SECOND HALF SESSION (10/24/2022 – 12/18/2022):
From time of registration to October 28, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From October 29 – November 2, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after November 3, 2022.
If you are due a refund, you will receive your check approximately six weeks from the start of classes.
Refund Policy for Winter 2022
Term Dates (12/27/2022-1/14/2023)
Application and College Service Fees are non-refundable.
If a course is cancelled by the College, students registered for the course will receive a full refund of Tuition and Fees paid. Students dropping a course are entitled to a full refund of Tuition paid provided that the request to drop is received by the Registrar’s Office at least 24 hours prior to the day of the first day of the term.
Refund Policy for Spring 2023
15-WEEK, FULL SEMESTER SESSION (1/20/2023 – 5/14/2023):
From time of registration to January 26, 2023, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From January 27 – February 10, 2023, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after February 11, 2023.
LATE START CLASSES (2/03/2023 – 5/14/2023):
From time of registration to February 9, 2023, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From February 10-22, 2023, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after February 23, 2023.
FIRST HALF SESSION (1/20/2023 – 3/11/2023):
From time of registration to January 24, 2023, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From January 25 – 30, 2023, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after January 31, 2023.
SECOND HALF SESSION (3/24/2023 – 5/14/2023):
From time of registration to March 28, 2023, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From March 29 – April 3, 2023, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after April 4, 2023.
If you are due a refund, you will receive your check approximately six weeks from the start of classes.
Refund Policy for Spring 2022
15-week, Full Semester Session:
From time of registration to January 27, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From January 28 – February 11, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after February 11, 2022.
Late Start Classes (2/04/22 – 5/16/22):
From time of registration to February 14, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From February 15-23, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after February 23, 2022.
First Half Session (1/21/2022 – 3/11/2022):
From time of registration to January 25, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From January 26 – 31, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after January 31, 2022.
Second Half Session (3/28/2022 – 5/16/2022):
From time of registration to April 1, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From April 2 – 7, 2022, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after April 7, 2022.
If you are due a refund, you will receive your check approximately six weeks from the start of classes.
Refund Policy for Fall 2021
15-week, Full Semester Session:
From time of registration to September 1, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From September 2, 2021 through September 16, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after September 16, 2021.
Late Start Classes (9/9/21 – 12/15/21):
From time of registration to September 17, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From September 18, 2021 through September 27, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after September 27, 2021.
First Half Session (8/26/21 – 10/18/21):
From time of registration to August 30, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From August 31, 2021 through September 7, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after September 7, 2021.
Second Half Session (10/21/21 – 12/15/21):
From time of registration to October 26, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From October 27, 2021 through November 1, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after November 1, 2021.
If you are due a refund, you will receive your check approximately six weeks from the start of classes.
Refund Policy for Summer 2021
6-Week Standard Session:
From time of registration to June 4, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From June 5, 2021 through June 10, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after June 10, 2021.
8-Week Standard Session:
From time of registration to June 7, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From June 8, 2021 through June 11, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after June 11, 2021.
8-Week Medical Course Session:
From time of registration to May 28, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From May 29, 2021 through June 3, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after June 3, 2021.
12-Week Manufacturing Session:
From time of registration to June 1, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From June 2, 2021 through June 8, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account less a “late drop” fee assessed at $50 per dropped course.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after June 8, 2021.
If you are due a refund, you will receive your check approximately four weeks from the start of classes.
Refund Policy for Spring 2021
Student Activity, Application and College Service Fees are non-refundable.
Prior to January 22, 2021, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
From January 22, 2021 through February 5, 2021, 50% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student’s account.
No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after February 5, 2020. All withdrawals must be in writing and received by the Registrar’s Office. If you are due a refund, you will receive your check approximately six weeks from the start of classes.
