Ad hoc computer lab requests can be made two weeks after the start of the semester. Requests must be made 24 hours in advance.
Virtual EMS is CT State-Asnuntuck’s room scheduling portal for faculty and staff. Simply log-in with your eight digit NetID (no “@” symbol or email domain). Using VEMS, you can browse for available space and request a room or multiple rooms for one date or several dates.
PLEASE NOTE: The CT State Community Colleges are sharing one instance of EMS. Therefore, when you log into EMS for the first time your room listings will include all rooms across the system until you apply filters to limit your list of rooms to those at ACC. Even though you can see all of these rooms, you will only be able to access rooms at the college with which your log-in is affiliated.
