This course is concerned with human development from prenatal through elementary education with particular emphasis on the preschool child. The physical, socio-emotional, and cognitive benchmarks through successive stages of development will be studied in depth. This course requires ten hours of observation (in an NAEYC. accredited program or an instructor-approved program) in order to complete the course. Not regularly offered.
