An examination of painting, sculpture, architecture, and graphics from the Renaissance to the present. Gaining an understanding of art from these periods and an awareness of its historical significance are emphasized. The study of art is approached through slide lectures, discussions, papers, and gallery/museum visits. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer. ART* 101: Art History I is NOT required for this course.
