ACC Transfer Services is committed to providing students the opportunity to connect with representatives from 4-year colleges and universities. Although on-campus visits are not being held this semester, we are excited to present virtual tours, one-on-one meetings, and group chat sessions from visiting institutions.

Special Events

American International College

AIC will be hosting virtual transfer information sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays! The virtual sessions will allow students the opportunity to connect with a representative  about their specific pathway into AIC.

Springfield College Open House – Sunday, November 7th 

Visit Springfield College for their Fall Open House on November 7th and experience what SC has to offer. Plus, you’ll get a T-shirt and be entered into a raffle to win some pretty impressive prizes just for showing up!

UMass Lowell – CT Community College Virtual Drop-in Session 

UMass Lowell is hosting a virtual Drop-In Help Session especially for Connecticut Community College students on Tuesday, November 23rd from 3-4pm (registration not required!). Students are invited to drop-in at any time during that hour to ask general questions about the transfer process at UMass Lowell. This is an excellent opportunity for Asnuntuck students to connect with UMass Lowell!

Bay Path University 

In addition to being present at the Coordinating Colleges of Greater Springfield mini-fairs, Bay Path University will be holding virtual transfer sessions for Asnuntuck students. For more information on the transfer process to BPU, contact Tenzin Dhekyong at or 413.565.1296.

Ongoing Virtual Sessions

These colleges and universities have recurring workshops or instantly available transfer tools. Prospective students are invited to coordinate their own virtual meeting times or access the on-demand information and tours.

Central offers information sessions & in-person campus tours daily during the fall at 10 am and 2pm during the week. Saturday information sessions & tours are held at 10 am and 12 noon. Students can register here:

CCSU offers Transfer Pre-Advising sessions through our Office of Transfer & Academic Articulations:

Eastern Connecticut State University is in person this year and would love to see you for a visit! Transfer Tours take place Tuesdays at 3:30pm and Fridays at 2pm; click here to register.

Quinnipiac University’s virtual offerings provide prospective students an excellent opportunity to learn about the Quinnipiac Campus. Students can register for virtual interviews (Monday-Friday), virtual information sessions, and virtual tours. The Springfield College Transfer Admissions Team provides students with a variety of options to learn about transferring to Springfield – including daily one-on-one office hours, weekly virtual info sessions, individual appointments, and in-person tours.

The UMaine-Orono Transfer Admission Team is excited to meet with students virtually! Please join UMaine-Orono for a Virtual Transfer Information Session to learn more about The University of Maine, Orono! Sessions cover information on academics, life at UMaine, the application process, transfer credits, etc. Feel free to submit questions with your registration, but live questions will also be welcomed throughout the session. The University of Massachusetts – Amherst offers Transfer Thursday Information Sessions: A 25-minute virtual event for prospective students that will feature 10 things you should know about the transfer process, as well as information about applying for Financial Aid at UMass Amherst. Every Tuesday, the University of Massachusetts – Lowell will have a virtual Transfer Information Session for prospective students.  Students can meet with a UMASS Lowell Transfer representative during a One-on-One event to discuss any individual questions they may have. Mt. Holyoke College Luncheon

ACC will virtually host representatives from Mt. Holyoke College’s Frances Perkins Scholars Program on October 20th. Students should check their ACC email for more information. 

College Transfer Fair

Each Fall, ACC hosts a Transfer Fair with colleges and universities throughout the region in attendance. We’re looking forward to bringing you this experience again this year – in a new and exciting way!

CT Community College Nursing

The CTCC Nursing Program Information Sessions help students learn more about the 4-semester, 65-credit program awarding an Associate in Science Degree, including program requirements, deadlines, and more.

Planning ahead matters – it’s not too early to prepare for transfer!
