Asnuntuck Community College will be offering Real Estate Principles & Practices this spring on its campus. This pre-licensing course is required by the State of Connecticut for those looking to become a real estate salesperson and broker. This comprehensive course is appropriate for those seeking to become a real estate agent, property manager, homeowner and/or an investor.

The course will be taught by Martin Torres, on Mondays and Wednesdays from March 18th-May 6th from 5:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. The fee is $610, which includes textbooks. The course meets the minimum requirements for real estate licensing in the State of Connecticut. Students who wish to sit for the state licensing exam (which is separate and at an additional cost), must pass this course with a grade of 70 or above and attend the 60 hours of classroom instruction, which is the minimum required by the state.
