Two online guides have ranked Asnuntuck as being in the top 50 for community colleges nationally.

Value Colleges (www.valuecolleges.com), an independent online guide to the best values in undergraduate and graduate education, has announced a new ranking of the Top 50 Best Community Colleges for 2021 (https://www.valuecolleges.com/ranking/best-community-colleges/). Asnuntuck Community College was ranked number 32 and was the only Connecticut Community College to place in the top 50.
Value Colleges features only fully accredited institutions that have proven their value for graduates on the job and on the job market. Value Colleges rankings are based on verified data from sources including IPEDS and Niche. Programs are ranked according to factors including cost and student satisfaction.
Best Community College by College Consensus, a college ratings website that aggregates publisher rankings and student reviews, has compiled a list of the best community colleges in the country for students who are searching for an appropriate college. Asnuntuck was one of two Connecticut Community Colleges to place on the list (https://www.collegeconsensus.com/rankings/best-community-colleges/). Asnuntuck ranked 30th. Best Community College utilizes the combined results of the most reputable college ranking publishers and thousands of real student reviews from around the web to determine the rankings.
In its compilation of the top 50 Community Colleges in the country, College Consensus identified the metric used to create the rankings: Cost, Reputation, and Student Success Rate. All the schools in their listing offer the proper accreditation, ensuring quality and easy transferability for those who want to ultimately move into a four-year program at an accredited college or university.
