According to the latest fitness industry salary guide, Personal Trainers are earning an average of $34 an hour. Asnuntuck’s new Personal Trainer National Certification class begins Tuesday, June 7th and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays through July 14th. This challenging course is taught over a six-week period for better retention and hands-on skill competency. The national exam is held during the last class. This course is formatted as a 62-hour program and consists of 16 hours of lecture, 16 hours of hands-on practical training at a local fitness facility and a 30-hour internship that can lead graduates right into a job!
